PHOTO USE POLICY

**This policy is found under Article 2, Section 7 of the full Policy and Procedure manual; this is the complete text of the policy, in easy to read format.

CURKA requires a signed release form from the subject of any photograph, video or image used on its web site or any promotional material of any kind, when taken at a CURKA related event. This can include training sessions, tournament, etc. This is required prior to any participation at a CURKA related event.

A signed Photo Release Form is required by all members.

Images and/or video can be used on any related web site or social media account without further (including financial) consideration.

Permission must be granted only by the individual, or parent/guardian of the individual if said individual is under the age of 18.

Names may be used accompanying the images/video when results of the competition are posted.

Once any image/video is posted to the CURKA web site or social media accounts, the image/video can be downloaded by anyone beyond the control of CURKA.

Consent is effective from the date of signing the Photo Release Form until such time as revoked in writing to CURKA.
